The underground of Paris – Mushroom cave

Mr. A. Moioli is one of the few mushroom cultivators who are keeping the traditional method of cultivating mushroom in the old quarries from which lime stones were brought to build the palace of Versaille. The mushroom cave, called “Les Carrieres (Quarries)”, is located in Montesson just outside of Paris.
